Over the past ten years, Robert Witherspoon has become known regionally for his sculpture, custom architectural metalwork, and contemporary furniture design. As a metal expert, he often collaborates with architects and designers to fabricate many types of projects, and gravitates to the raw textures, visual weight, permanence and flexibility of designing sculpture and furniture in steel.

A prolific artist since 1992, Witherspoon has exhibited his work regionally through galleries and group shows. He welcomes commissioned works through the design community, galleries, and individuals. His personalized service and sculptural expertise allow the client to feel part of the creative process.
